Facing reality can be a frightening experience, especially in a world of borders within and outside oneself. It is all about our own path to acknowledging those borders in order to cope with them. As much in this world, borders are not necessarily evil, bad things come from our refusal to understand their nature and the selective permeability of frontiers. No individuality is possible without exchange with the outside. Isolation is a futile attempt to close ones inner borders refusing to feed on the most essential ingredient of oneself: the other. From isolation follows despair and then tiredness. No human being is a world as much as it is. The healthy awareness of our own frontiers is the founding path to building our bridges to the other world out there, just at the reach of our hand.
